Refund policy
Not in love with your clothing selection, Return it. In the event that your purchase doesn't work for you, you can return your order for digital store credit only. She's Bae Boutique is unable offer refunds, however, we will offer a store credit for which you can use towards a future purchase. Items must be returned within 7 days of the date you receive your order. Return address will be provided.
Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect it for defects and/or signs of wear. Items must be NEW with tags attached, unwashed/unworn. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged we reserve the right to deny your return.
Once we've determined your item is in good condition, you will be emailed store credit information. Please allow 5 days for your digital store credit to be sent to you.
Discounted items and items purchased on promotion are NOT eligible for return. They are FINAL SALE, returning a BOGO, Discounted, Final Sale item will be returned to customer at the customers expense.
In the event we run out of a size that was ordered we will contact you to either select a new size, or fix our mistake or offer to cancel the order before it ships.
Body suits are FINAL SALE due to the delicate nature of the item.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
In the event that your order is returned to us as undelivered there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from your refund. If we issue a refund it will be minus the restocking fee and shipping cost.
By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full return policy.
